Our fine art photography department offers material ranging from early salt prints and daguerreotypes, 19th century travel photographs, to the works by established American, European and Asian 20th century photographers.
Early photographs including daguerreotypes and tintypes. 19th century travel albums and vernacular photographs. Travel and exploration from the 1840’s to the early 1900’s.
20th century photobooks. Photographically illustrated books with original photographs - topography, travel, portraiture, architecture and archaeology.
We are interested in original scarce and obscure material from the nineteenth century through to the twenty-first century.
