​​FIRST TIME BUYERS
New buyers are asked to register before bidding, via our email at info@folioauctions.com

Photographic identification, current correspondence details and proof of address are required if you are a first time buyer with Folio Auctions Ltd.

OVERSEAS BIDDERS

Overseas customers will need to provide proof of identity (a scan of a passport or a national ID card) and payment card details prior to the auction.

FEES

Please be aware that there is a buyer’s premium of 25%, NOT inclusive of VAT on the hammer price. For example:

Hammer price – £1000.00

Premium at 25% of £1000 = £250

VAT at 20% of £250 = £50.00

Total price – £1300.00

PAYMENTS

Bank Transfer, Debit card.

Credit card (plus 2.28% VAT inc. on Business and Non-EEA cards) and Cash to a maximum of £2000.00.

POSTAGE / SHIPPING

We work in partnership with third-party companies for domestic and international shipping and domestic clearances. Please contact us for a quote before the auction.

STORAGE FEES

Folio Auctions Ltd offers a discretionary 14 days free storage on purchased and unsold Lots from the date of the sale. Thereafter Lots not collected shall incur storage charges of £5.00 per lot per day.
